The latest version of the Workplace Relations Complaint Form has been made available on the Workplace Relations website .
The form now allows for complaints under the Protection of Employees (Temporary Agency Work) Act 2012 and for the inclusion of a specific complaint under discrimination/equality law relating to victimisation that can be taken under the Employment Equality Act, 1998. It is made available in the context of the ongoing
Workplace Relations programme.
The project envisages the development of a two-tier Workplace Relations structure by merging the activities of the National Employment Rights Authority, the Labour Relations Commission, the Equality Tribunal and the first instance functions of the Labour Court and the Employment Appeals Tribunal into a new Body of First Instance – the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC). The appellate functions of the Employment Appeals Tribunal will be incorporated into an expanded Labour Court. Find out more about the Workplace Relations programme.
