We advise private clients particularly in the
areas of House and Property transactions, Wills
and Administration of Estates, Compensation Claims and
Family Law. We advise business
and commercial clients particularly
in the areas of Commercial Transactions and Agreements,
Partnership, Company Legal Compliance, Employment and
Industrial Relations, Banking Services, Insolvency and
Corporate Recovery, Corporate Governance, Regulatory
Law and European Law. We also advise specifically on
Taxation.
We keep our clients updated by publication
of Articles (See articles for Private
and Commercial Clients or Employment
Law) on this web site and the distribution
of a quarterly Newsletter
and monthly Employment
Law Bulletin, copies of which are available
for downloading from this
web site. Because we work in both jurisdictions, we
also provide advice on specific areas of cross border
law. See for example our pages on Comparative
Analysis of Employment Law, North and South
and Cross
Border Estates. See also our pages on Compensation
Claims, advising on developing divergences
in Compensation Claims in Northern Ireland and the
Republic
of Ireland.
