English Legal Services at your Doorstep

For example, many of our Clients are now investing in the buoyant English property market. Formerly, they were obliged to instruct their Solicitor, who would in turn instruct a Solicitor in England, thus incurring two sets of legal costs. Matters could become unduly complicated in circumstances where it is not always possible to give clear and concise instructions by correspondence. Our clients can now attend at our Clones or Enniskillen office where we can take direct instructions from them and act for them in England in the purchase or sale of properties. We can also deal directly with their bank, whether that bank is in England, the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
