INTRODUCTION

As an Employer do you know:

• The written information you are obliged to give to an Employee on commencement of employment?

• You can be sued under Equality Legislation for asking inappropriate questions at Interviews which are deemed to discriminate?

• Your Employees’ entitlement to information under the Data Protection Act?

• Your Employees’ rights in the event that you decide to transfer or sell your business?

• In what circumstances you are liable for payment of compensation to your Employee if he suffers from stress, bullying or harassment at work?
