• The Personal Injuries Assessment Boards
Act 2004
• The Civil Liability and Courts Bill 2004
If enacted, the Bill will require a claimant to detail
in writing to the Defendant within 2 months the nature
of his claim and to issue proceedings within one year
(whereas the term allowed in Northern Ireland is three
years).
