Our Opsis computerised Case Management System enables the Firm to provide an efficient and cost effective service to all of our Clients. It allows us to keep our Clients fully informed of every detail of their particular case, even down to the date, time and minute the last telephone conversation was made or received.
Our Computerised Accounts Systems are structurally integrated to work compatibly with Opsis. This enables the Partners and Staff to give our Clients the most up-to-date detail on any financial transaction at any given time.
Our Quality Control Systems are very clearly laid down in the format of Training Manuals to ensure that the quality of work is consistent throughout the Firm.
We have made significant investment in Computer Hardware and Software. The Partners and Staff are fully trained with the most up-to-date information technology. They are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, which includes a good basic knowledge of database spreadsheets, scanning and slide presentations. All Solicitors and supporting Staff each have a dedicated e-mail address enabling Clients to contact the person dealing with their File at any time convenient to the Client. This is particularly of benefit to Clients who may not be able to contact a Solicitor during normal office hours.
Staff training and awareness is very much part of Morgan McManus’ key to success. Staff are regularly sent on relevant courses and “in-house” training is mandatory on a frequent basis. They are encouraged to participate in further studies. This ensures that all staff members are competent to deal with Clients’ requirements and to work on their own initiative. This is important where Clients need immediate answers to problems.
